Assessment

Assessment Structure AS and A2 units have a 40% and 60% weighting respectively. An E grade at AS is the minimum requirement to continue onto the A2 course. AS Level Unit. Unit 1. Personal and Creative Enquiry (40%) A2 Level Units. Unit 2. Personal Investigation (36%) Unit 3. Externally set assignment (24%) At the end of the AS and A level course, students will select and mount their work in preparation for the end of course exhibition. At this point all work completed will be assessed by the teachers before being externally moderated by the WJEC examiner.
