Hatfeild Primary School

School supports parents in securing external assessments that may result in an EHC plan, and seeks advice from outside agencies such as Educational Psychologists or Speech Therapists.

“Sometimes the school will seek advice from an outside agency such as the Educational Psychologist or Speech Therapist. We are also experienced in supporting parents to secure an external assessment of a child’s needs which may result in securing an EHC (Education, Health and Care plan) that sets out a statutory entitlement to enhanced support for your child’s learning in school.”

School has a named SENDco (Inclusion Lead) who supports families through the SEND process, including EHC plan applications, and works with the Local Authority.

Maximum admission number per year group is capped at 60 pupils.
