The school provides inclusive support for a wide range of special educational needs.

“Ermysted’s Grammar School aims to provide an inclusive, supportive environment where every pupil can thrive. Three external professionals provide bespoke one-to-one social prescribing, youth work and counselling.

The published admission number is 35 external students entering Year 12.

The activity provides career-related opportunities through links with national newspapers, journalist-led training, and work experience.

At the end of Year 12, students may apply for senior roles overseeing the newspaper and podcast operation.
