The school provides mental-health support through its Learning Lounge, where information and staff guidance are available, with referrals to trained support.

Available support includes counselling, external-support signposting, peer mentoring, wellbeing and mindfulness, chaplaincy, support groups, and Manchester Minds.

Grades 9–5 in GCSE Mathematics were 11 percentage points above the Manchester average.
