For transition into Year 7, the SENCO works with feeder primary schools to collect information about each student's needs, strengths, and effective support strategies.

The college offers elite performing-arts and sporting academies alongside academic and vocational programmes.

A Level 2 Workskills pathway includes continued English and/or mathematics study for students who have not achieved grade 4.

A-level applicants need at least five GCSE passes at grades 4–9, with grade 6 required in each intended A-level subject.

The LTSB programme offers guaranteed interviews and career support to help young people enter the workplace.
