They are completed in controlled conditions and tasks have pre-released information. Learners demonstrate how to apply learning to common workplace or HE scenarios. For written exams, learners draw on essential information to create written answers to practical questions in exam conditions. Learners demonstrate they can apply appropriate knowledge to a work-related challenge in timed conditions.
