PAPER 3: Written examination (2 hours and 15 minutes)—20% of the A level grade -Questions will be on any content with links to the three synoptic themes. INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION: Non-examined assessment—20% of the A level grade -The investigation report is internally assessed and externally moderated.
