Course summary

This course provides an opportunity to gain a broad knowledge and understanding of the sports sector. It includes a range of sports and exercise activities and gives learners a wider understanding and appreciation of health related fitness. There is also a selection of optional specialist units. Units are both theory and practical related and you will have the opportunity to study in a wide range of environments, including our fully equipped gym.
