Entry Requirements

It is expected that students will have achieved at least Grade 6 in GCSE Music. This course is suited to enthusiastic musicians, who are keen to strengthen their knowledge and explore new ideas. You need to be of at least a Grade 5 standard by the April of your first year, although you do not have to have taken any Grade exams. It is very strongly advised that candidates are having lessons in their voice or instrument to support them through component 1.
