Entry Requirements

A minimum of a Grade 6 in GCSE French/Spanish plus a Grade 6 in English Language is required in order to study French/Spanish at A Level. In addition, all students must sit a baseline test based on holiday homework. The course requires an excellent understanding of grammatical concepts following on from those needed to attain a Grade 7–9 at GCSE.
