All exams are at the end of the course and AS does not contribute to the A Level grades. By externally assessed written examination papers, with synoptic component. Practicals are assessed through written examination papers and a separate Practical Endorsement for A Level. 10% of the grade will require use of higher tier GCSE maths skills.
