Course summary

This is a modern and forward-thinking computer based qualification that will give you a set of modern computer skills. Students will spend their time using a range of different computer programs to produce computer related products that meet set requirements. These products could include computer games, mobile phone apps, websites, multimedia products and digital graphics. Have you ever wondered how these products have been designed to allow humans to interact with them effectively? Have you ever wondered why items appear on the screen in the way that they do? People often use these products without realising the complex study that has gone into their design. Digital technologies are constantly evolving. Each new development opens up a new project that needs to be completed. The need to manage these projects effectively and develop products that meet our ever changing needs, is crucial for organisations to keep up with their competitors.
