A Level Mathematics

Course summary

GCE A-Level maths consists currently of 3 modules; Core 1, Core 2 and Statistics 1. These modules are intended to develop your understanding of mathematics and mathematical processes in a way that promotes confidence and fosters enjoyment. It develops your ability to reason logically and recognise incorrect reasoning. It extends your skills to generalise and to construct mathematical proofs and extend your range of mathematical skills and techniques and use them in more difficult, unstructured problems.
