Course summary

A Level Design Technology (Product Design) is one of the most dynamic, relevant subjects for those considering any career in the 21st Century. You will quickly master an extensive list of transferable skills such as problem solving, communication skills across a wide range of media, well-honed analytical skills and a deep understanding of issues relating to global production, manufacturing and advertising. We all love 'new tech' and exciting products but DT allows you to understand how and why they have been designed and allows you to see what might be the next big thing, DT A Level (product design) is a fantastic unifying subject across many subject areas such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Business and Art and Design.
