Benjamin Franklin once urged people to "...either write something worth reading or do something worth writing,.." and this type of passion for the written word is at the heart of A Level English Language at Herts & Essex. Adding breadth and depth to the knowledge you gain in your GCSE, this course will enable you to analyse the construction of a wide range of non-fiction texts.
