Assessment

At the end of the course there are two examined papers both 2 hours 30 minutes and worth 40% of the A-level each. Paper 1: Textual Variations and Representations Paper 2: Language Diversity Non-examined assessment: There are two pieces of coursework: A language investigation into an area which fascinates you—2000 words and worth 10% of the A-level grade. A piece of original writing and a commentary—1500 words and worth 10% of the A level.
