Entry Requirements

General Entry Requirements: 5 GCSEs at grade 5+ or their equivalent which must include grade 5 or above in English Language or a grade 5 or above in English Literature (with a grade 4 in English Language); a grade 4 in Maths; a grade 5 or its equivalent in any subject which has been taken at GCSE or other Level 2 qualification that is to be carried on to A Level unless otherwise specified; a ​very good record of attendance. In addition there are specific subject requirements as listed below: Economics: There is no need to have studied Economics at GCSE to take this course at A Level but given the demanding Mathematical nature of the subject, Mathematics at grade 5 or above is essential.
