Course summary

The OCR A Level Physics A course has been developed in consultation with teachers, employers and Higher Education to provide students with a qualification that’s relevant to them and meets their needs. The course uses a flexible approach where the specification is divided into topics, each covering different key concepts of physics. As learners progress through the course they will build on their knowledge of the laws of Physics, applying their understanding to solve problems on topics ranging from subatomic particles to the entire universe. There is a practical element to the course which supports the continual development of practical skills within physics.
