This course presents you with an engaging and very challenging opportunity to explore a diverse range of topic areas from the subatomic to the infinite. During the course you will develop not only the application of mathematical skills, but also the ability to think with an analytical approach about abstract ideas and concepts. Physics also encourages the use of knowledge and application of skills that have been developed throughout the course.
English Grade - 5 Mathematics Grade - 6 Grade 6 in Physics and Grade 6 in one other Science or a 6/6 in Combined Science
Students are assessed through a number of exams in their final year of Sixth Form. These will be at the end of the Academic Year. They will be marked externally. As well as this they are expected to complete practical work with written work along side it.
