Course summary
The A level syllabus develops the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as introducing students to the literature and culture of the countries where the languages are spoken. The course is topic based with topics covered ranging from youth culture, family, cultural aspects of the countries, media, equality, migration, to key historical events and other cultural issues, and many more. A work of literature and a film are also studied during the course.
