A KS4 score of at least 40 points in the best eight (equivalent to grade 5) and at least 5, 9-5 grades in GCSE courses including 5s in English and Maths. A grade B or above is preferred at GCSE in Product Design, Textiles, Graphics or Resistant materials. A grade C in a Design/Technology GCSE is a requirement for all students. It is important to note that written communication will be assessed in candidates written work. There will be lots of essays.
