Course summary

This practical course consists of a combination of core units and specialist units. Core units studied in single business will include: Exploring business, personal and business finance, market research, developing a marketing campaign. For those studying the double award the units studied will also include: Investigating customer service, international business, principals of management and managing an event.Finally for those who study the triple award, the additional units will include: Training and development, employment law, investigating retail business, business decision making and creative promotion. You will gain an extensive range of skills in presentation, communication, team working, report writing and business related skills such as customer service, merchandising and interviewing throughout the assessment of the course.
