
What is Photography A level? Students will be introduced to a variety of experiences that explore a range of photographic media, techniques and processes. They will be taught both traditional and new technologies. Students will explore relevant images, artefacts and resources relating to a range of art, craft and design, from the past and from recent times, including European and nonEuropean examples. Excellent students will have a genuine interest in the subject and be willing to visit galleries and museums independently. They will enjoy trying new things and taking risks, and enjoy critiquing the work of others, as well as their own. *Students studying Photography A level cannot also study Art A Level Exam Board: AQA
