Biology is about finding out about our natural world and all the livings things in it, from the largest mammals down to the smallest viruses and our very own microscopic DNA. Biologists tries to understand how organism function, how we evolved and the things that make us sick or improve health. Biology is the basis for Life and health. It is a pre-requisite subject for many degrees in Biological Science and Medical related fields of study. Biology is a fascinating subject, the study of which will see you learn about the natural world and all the living things within it. The job of a Biologist can take them anywhere, from labs to zoos to the depths of the oceans in the arctic or field work in the amazon jungle as well as such for life on Mars. Biologist use their knowledge to stop the spread of diseases, track down natural resources, improve public health, animal care and conservation and work out the true impacts of things like pollution.
