On the course, you will explore a wide range of topics including anatomy and physiology, fitness training and programming, sports performance and much more. Lessons are delivered in the classroom and off-site where you have the opportunity to use professional facilities to run practical projects that directly link to sports theory. This includes planning and leading sports coaching sessions across the local community and the college. At the end of the course, you will have the skills, knowledge and confidence to either progress onto university, start an apprenticeship or seek employment.
