Studying a Level 3 Cambridge Technical in Health and Social Care is equivalent to one A Level and is recognized by many universities. WHAT WILL I LEARN? In the first year of the course students will study three core units including: Unit 1: Building positive relationships in Health and Social Care; Unit 2 Equality, Diversity and Rights in Health and Social Care and Unit 3: Health, Safety and Security in Health and Social Care. In the second year of the course students will study one core unit and two optional units: these include: Unit 4: Anatomy and Physiology for Health and Social Care; Unit 10 Nutrition for Health and Unit 13 Sexual Health, Reproduction and Early Development Stages.
