Whether you are looking to enter the mechanical, electrical, or maintenance sectors, this course will provide you with advanced hands-on practical instruction, and in-depth theoretical teaching, using industry-standard technology and equipment. You will develop essential knowledge and skills in advanced topics as varied as: commercial aspects of engineering organizations; properties and applications of engineering materials; further mechanical principles and applications; further mathematics for engineering technicians; principles and applications of analogue electronics; and further electrical principles. On this course you will further develop your knowledge of the principles, practices, and theory that are essential to the engineering industry, whilst also gaining a thorough understanding of workplace health and safety, correct working practices, communications, and the industry-standards that your future career as an engineering technician requires.
