Course summary

This provides a basic introduction to the legal sector. In addition to specific legal content, the requirements of the qualification enable learners to develop transferable skills that are highly regarded by higher education providers and employers. The BTEC Applied Law Level 3 provides a vocational context in which learners develop the knowledge and skills required for degree courses, including reading legal texts, effective writing, research skills, analytical skills, creative development and preparation for assessment methods used in degrees.
