LENGTH OF COURSE & NUMBER OF LESSONS PER CYCLE: 1 year, with 5 lessons per week WHICH SKILLS WILL YOU ACQUIRE? - Talking to clients to get details of faults - Deducing reasons for faults and explaining them to the client - Setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems - Testing and servicing equipment recording problems - Working as part of a team to support business IT networked and online features and functions WHICH CAREER PATHWAYS EXIST AFTER STUDYING THIS SUBJECT? Achieving this qualification will give learners an advantage when applying for a job in IT.
