Entry requirements

6.5 Average Points Score across all GCSEs (minimum 8 GCSE qualifications). Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and English Language. Subject Entry Criteria: Grade 7 in GCSE Maths You must study at least one of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Economics or Psychology alongside Maths

How you'll be assessed

PAPER 1: Written examination (2 hours)—33.33% of the A level grade -Questions will be on the Pure Mathematics content. Students must answer all questions. Calculators are permitted. PAPER 2: Written examination (2 hours)—33.33% of the A level grade -Questions will be on the Pure Mathematics content. Students must answer all questions. Calculators are permitted. PAPER 3: Written examination (2 hours)—33.33% of the A level grade -Questions will be from both the Statistics content in Section A, and the Mechanics content in Section B. Students must answer all questions. Calculators are permitted.
