Course summary

Math's has become the most popular A Level due to the range of university courses and apprenticeships it opens up for young people. While it is necessary for most science, engineering and computing courses, studying the subject at A Level also allows students to successfully apply for subjects with little mathematical content at Russell Group universities and Oxbridge. CAREER PATHWAYS: Math's marks the distinction between a science and a humanity. Apart from more obvious paths like Science, Technology and Engineering, Math's is required for degrees like Psychology and Economics at more prestigious universities.
