The Art, Craft and Design combined disciplines A Level offers students a broad and exciting experience. Students must achieve 4 GCSE grades 9-6 and 7 GCSE grades 9-4 (Maths and English grade 5) Grade 6 in Art. A portfolio of work.
Unit 1: Personal Investigation: Portfolio, a collection of practical work. Related study, an extended written response: 60% of the qualification Unit 2: External set task: A collection of practical work based on theme set by the exam board and a 15 hour Controlled assessment: Outcome to the set task unit. 40% of the qualification.
