The Art, Craft and Design combined disciplines A Level offers students a broad and exciting experience. The course covers a range of specialisms, including, fine art, photography, 3D design and graphic communication. Students are introduced to a range of historical and contemporary artists, both in the classroom and through visits to art galleries. Related study, an extended written response: 60% of the qualification Unit 2: External set task: A collection of practical work based on theme set by the exam board and a 15 hour Controlled assessment: Outcome to the set task unit. 40% of the qualification.
