It provides additional understanding for Chemistry and offers great opportunities to better understand the applications of Maths. It is a qualification highly respected by employers and universities as one that is really able to showcase the intelligence, analytical skills and problem solving skills of those who take it. Physics has great application in financial analysis, law and video game design.

Entry requirements

5x 9-4 including English Lang (grade 4). Grade 6-6 in both Trilogy Sciences or Physics Triple Science subject required. Students must also obtain a grade 7 in Maths, or be studying A Level Maths, and have an APS above 5.0.

How you'll be assessed

In Maths and Science subjects, grade 6 applicants must be endorsed by the Head of Department. Students will be expected to undertake preparatory work over the summer for all subjects. Students will complete entrances tests for Maths and Sciences.
