This course consists of six mandatory units and two optional ones: Exploring Business; Developing a Marketing Campaign (external exam); Personal and Business Finance (external exam); Managing an Event; International Business; Principles of Management plus two optional units. CAREER PATHWAYS: Advertising executive, human resources manager, public relations executive, recruitment consultant, retail manager, sales executive, building society manager, company secretary and distribution/logistics manager.
5x 9-3 required including a grade 3 in English Lang and Maths. Level 2 BTECs accepted at Pass level.
All courses require students to pass external examination/assessment units. This will be a minimum pass mark of 40%. Failure to pass external exams will mean that students do not pass the course.
