A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4. Students applying to the 6th Form without GCSEs but with an equivalent qualification must provide confirmation from their most recent educational establishment of courses studied, levels of attainment and equivalent grades with reference to GCSE grades 9 to 1. Additional Requirements: Students will need to achieve a Grade 5 or above in GCSE Mathematics. Students currently studying Business Studies GCSE will also need a Grade 5 in this qualification.
This consists of three papers with exams of two hours each. Each paper carries 100 marks and equally equate to 33.33% of the A Level course. The subject content includes what is a business, management and leadership decision making,decision making to improve marketing performance, decision making to improve operational performance, decision making to improve financial performance and decision making to improve human resource performance, analysing the strategic position of a business, choosing strategic direction, strategic methods: how to pursue strategies, managing strategic change.
