Music Technology (Electronic)
Course summary
Music Technology is a practical course which requires an understanding of, and capability in using technology. It is a subject that requires creative thinking and effective team-working skills. Students become specialised in the study of Digital Audio Workstations. All work is done extensively on Logic Pro X and students will develop specialised technology skills. Six units over two years: DAW production, Music for Sound and Media, Creative synthesis and sampling, Remixing and Reworking, Mixing and Mastering techniques.
