Sociologists are also interested in how this can differ between groups on the basis of their social characteristics e.g. gender, ethnicity social class or age. Five or more GCSE grades 9-5 including a minimum grade 5 in Maths and a minimum grade 6 in English and a Humanities or Social Science related subject.
