Much of the language of Economics is familiar to all of us. Economists discuss issues such as interest rates, inflation, unemployment, the exchange rate and international trade. During the course, students will investigate issues including the financial crisis and EU membership. We also cover micro-economics, looking at demand and supply, how markets work/why they fail and business behavior.
