6 GCSE grades 5-9 to include Maths at Grade 6+ & English Language at Grade 5+. Students are also expected to pass a Basic Maths Skills test.
All students are required to pass a basic skills test at the beginning of the course. All three externally examined papers will be assessed by a two hour written examination at the end of the course. P1: Pure Maths 1, P2: Pure Maths 2 and P3: Statistics and Mechanics In Year 12, you will study Pure Maths 1 and selected Statistics & Mechanics topics. In Year 13, you will study Pure Maths 2 and selected Statistics & Mechanics topics. All standard stationery, writing materials and folders. You will also need a scientific calculator.
