Art and Design (Fine Art)
Course summary
A-level Art & Design covers a wide range of skills such as drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture but extends them through more rigorous and extended levels of experimentation and research. The course is a general Art & Design endorsement, so you can choose to take the set projects into any area of Art & Design that you wish. Art & Design is both a practical and academic subject, where you will develop your personal direction as an artist or designer through observation, experimentation and realisation.
