Course summary
This course is ideal if you already enjoy science and are interested in developing a career in a science related profession. The course will cover the use of science and scientific skills, within a variety of vocational settings, as well as the study and research of a wide range of units. On completion of the course students will have a grounded knowledge of science in the three disciplines of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. CAREER PATHWAYS: Forensic science, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, radiology, nursing, science technician, quality control technician/ analyst or research assistant and laboratory research assistant.

Assessment
All courses require students to pass external examination/assessment units. This will be a minimum pass mark of 40%. Failure to pass external exams will mean that students do not pass the course.
