This course will provide students with the opportunity to build on the creative strengths they established at GCSE whilst extending their understanding of current and exciting Fine Art techniques and trends. This is a perfect platform for university and employment applications in the visual creative industries.
Students wishing to pursue an A Level programme must, in all but exceptional circumstances, have achieved 6 standard GCSE passes (grade 4-9), with a strong pass (grade 5 or higher) in at least 4. Students should also attain the subject-specific minimum grades in subjects relevant to those to be studied Grade 5 in Art. Grade 4 in English Language.
