A grade 5 or above at GCSE level or Grade 5 ABRSM theory. You must also be able to play an instrument to grade 5 standard. This course is a demanding course. It is much more detailed and in depth than GCSE Music and is extremely academic. Performing is only a small percentage of the final grade. Students should have a persistent attitude and be prepared to put hard work into practising.
