Course summary

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RstA7N_9ww Maths is a very popular yet demanding course. Students who are accepted onto the course will be expected to apply themselves in class and independently to a consistently high standard and your teachers will offer dedicated support throughout. Homework will be set at the end of every lesson and must be completed to the high standards that all the Mathematics teachers expect. It is a very rewarding course and although demanding, is an excellent subject to take and opens many doors for the future. The majority of our A level mathematicians continue to study Maths at university in some form, either as a Maths degree or a degree involving a high level of maths such as Finance. Maths is now a Linear A level and will only be examined at the end of year 13. The course contains Pure and Applied Maths.
