Course summary

This course aims to help people who would like a Functional Skills qualification in English if they have achieved a Grade 2 or below in their GCSE English. Improving knowledge of English will help students get jobs, gain promotion and generally improve their skills in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to improve: Writing: spelling, grammar, punctuation and types of text Reading: skimming, scanning and for detail Speaking, listening and communication: discussions, presentations, following instructions
