
You will develop your 4 language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as well as learning new tenses and a wide range of more complex language structures. You will have a conversation class every week with our French assistant(e). Topics include changes in French society, music, media, festivals and traditions, immigration and France’s multi-cultural society, and the Occupation and French Resistance. You will also study literary texts and French films. You should expect to build up your vocabulary and your reading and listening skills by reading for pleasure in French and listening to French on TV, radio or online.
