Course summary
T Levels are new, two-year, technical study programmes (similar to apprenticeships) designed with employers to give young people the skills required for working in the health sector. They are career-focused, with a significant industry placement allowing you to develop the knowledge and skills you need to compete for the best university places, higher/degree apprenticeships and highly skilled careers. T Levels provide the chance to experience what working in the health care sector is like while studying. This course is for you if you would like to pursue a career in the Education and Childcare sector helping to support young children, care for their needs and build trusting relationships.

Assessment
You will be assessed by exams for the core skills and practical skills tests for the occupational (career) specialisms. You will also complete a compulsory industrial placement which will take a minimum of 315-hour (45 days) with an employer, a DBS (police) check is requirement to enable completion of the course.
