This course allows students to develop their vocational practical skills, follow and observe scientific procedures in a logical and safe manner, record data accurately and present information concisely. The content covered and methods of study used enables students to organise their own work and make their own decisions, which are some of the most sought after transferable skills. The qualification is equivalent to two A Levels and will with another A Level, enable you to gain university entry to a range degree courses such as Forensic Science, Radiography, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Nursing as well as providing an excellent entry path into a range of scientifically related work.
