Marketing and Market Research • The role of marketing in businesses • The constraints on marketing • Carry out market research for business opportunities • Validate and present market research findings 5. Principles of Project Management • Stages of project management • Skills project managers need to have • Why projects are monitored and factors that influence a project • Prepare project plans
