
This course will push students way beyond their perceived limits. Topics studied include: complex numbers; further calculus (differentiation and integration); further algebraic manipulation; further trigonometry; further vectors; hyperbolic functions and further applied mathematics.
Minimum of a grade 8 in Mathematics
Assessments will take place throughout the year to monitor progress. The final assessment for AQA will consist of three examinations for A-Level Mathematics at the end of year 12 and three Further Mathematics examinations at the end of year 13.
